Hi! I’m Rowena – queen of marketing and lead generation wizard!

I don’t just “do marketing.” I see what others miss and turn it into strategy that actually moves businesses forward. Where others focus on visibility or surface-level tactics, I uncover the real blockers – misalignment, unclear positioning, and diluted messaging – and rebuild them into something sharp, structured, and commercially powerful.

I specialise in helping ambitious, values-led women stop playing small, own their expertise, and create businesses that truly reflect their brilliance. By blending strategic thinking with a deep understanding of people, behaviour, and identity, I don’t just help you get more clients – I help you build a category-of-one business that stands out, scales sustainably, and feels completely aligned to who you are.

Whether it’s a room full of founders, corporate leaders, or a mix of both, I create spaces where people feel seen, challenged, and inspired to think bigger. The kind of sessions where the chat doesn’t stop afterwards, the ideas keep flowing, and you can practically feel the momentum building before people have even left their seats.

Hobbies

I’m building a business while raising three kids… other than being chair of the PTA, my hobbies don’t extend past trying to steal 15 minutes a day to read a book!

Fun Fact

I originally read Theology at Oxford, and then went on to become a church minister. It was an absolute disaster, so left after a year and went into marketing!

Loves being an Area Host because…it’s about so much more than networking.

I love being an area host for Socially Shared because I get to create a space where women can walk in as strangers and leave feeling seen, supported, and more confident in themselves and their business. It’s not about polished pitches or surface level chatter – it’s about real conversations, honest experiences, and the kind of connections that actually go somewhere – connections, collaborations, and clients.

That’s why I do it.

Because when women are given the right space, they don’t just connect – they grow, collaborate, and start to realise just how much more is possible for them.
