Jenny, aka The Food Freedom Fairy®, sprinkles a little magic on the lives of serial dieters and emotional eaters, helping them wave goodbye to the exhausting dieting cycle. She guides women to make peace with food — and even more importantly — to make peace with themselves.

Superpower

Spotting the sparkle in women who’ve forgotten it’s there, then helping them reclaim their confidence, self-worth, and “wow, I really am amazing” energy.

Hobbies

Jenny is a certified holiday enthusiast. (If that’s not a thing, it should be!) Lanzarote is her happy place — she visits at least once a year, sometimes twice when the sunshine calls! She’s also a big fan of long walks in nature, coffee-and-chat catch-ups, and meeting new people wherever she goes.

Fun Fact

Before becoming a food freedom coach, Jenny was a professional actor, touring the UK and Italy. She’s also lived her own transformation, losing six and a half stone before swapping scripts for self-worth and stepping into her dream career.
