Can you tell us a little about your business and what you do?
Heather: We are an award-winning firm of solicitors in Warwickshire supporting people with all major areas of law, including residential and commercial property, family law, wills and probate, employment law, and accident claims. Our office is based in Nuneaton, but we provide services across the Coventry and Warwickshire areas and serve clients nationwide.
What inspired you to sponsor the Women in Business Conference this year?
Heather: The vast majority of our team members at Willsons Solicitors are female, and we love to support, motivate and champion each other. We feel proud to sponsor this event and to be able to support other local women in business too.
This year’s theme is confidence. What does confidence mean to you?
Heather: Confidence is a moving feast! I think it ebbs and flows, but it’s important to fake it until we make it. We can all give each other confidence, and that is what is important in life!
Do you have a top tip to share about confidence?
Heather: My top tip would be to ‘just do it anyway!’
What are you most looking forward to about the event?
Heather: Meeting other local women and business owners and sharing my own experience and top tips on building confidence.
