Meet the Area Host

Lisa Cressy

Work
I’m the founder of SuperBEing. I’m a mindset coach, hypnotherapist and a corporate wellbeing consultant.

Superpower
Empathy, intuition, positive energy and empowering others.

Hobbies
being active out in nature, dancing, gym, running, yoga, eating good food, spending time with my family and animals!

Fun Fact
Danced on stage in the west end with Jason Donovan (shows my age here as younger people say – who?)

Loves being an Area Host because
I get to use one of my superpowers which is supporting and empowering others. I love to bring people together, to help them support and collaborate with each other. It feels really good to see ladies leave energised after the meetings.
