The Law of Attraction is a methodology often overlooked when it comes to running a successful business. I’m sure most of you have read The Secret by Rhonda Byrne at some point in your lives, and
if you haven’t yet come across this powerful little book then I suggest you add it to your must-read list.
As a business owner, you are, no doubt, continuously searching for strategies that enhance your sales, boost your productivity, and help you engage with your target audience.

The Law of Attraction might not fit into your usual marketing and business development strategy, and yet incorporating the right LOA tools into your life can have a huge impact. The Law of Attraction states that positive thoughts and beliefs can manifest positive outcomes in your life. By aligning your mindset and actions with this principle, you can unlock your full potential, attract success, and thrive in every area of your life.
How can the Law of Attraction improve sales, productivity, and audience engagement?
Mindset
If you follow our Socially Shared events calendar you will know we recently enjoyed a super Women in Business conference which was themed around mindset. Our panel of expert speakers shared their knowledge on various ways your mindset can help (or hinder) the day-to-day running of your business. If you want to read more about the conference you may enjoy our two-part blog series – Part One and Part Two.
The foundation of the Law of Attraction lies in maintaining a positive mindset. As a business owner, your thoughts and beliefs shape your reality.
“Thoughts become things. If you see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hand.” Bob Proctor
To cultivate a positive mindset you must embrace growth, success, and abundance, and avoid dwelling on your limitations or setbacks. A positive mindset fuels creativity, determination, and resilience which are all needed to overcome the challenges of running a business.
What are you doing this week to promote your positive mindset? Can you share a success or achievement in the Socially Shared Facebook Group?
Visualisation
Taking time each day to visualise yourself achieving your goals, engaging with satisfied customers, and enjoying business growth is a powerful technique.
Jim Carrey famously wrote himself a ten million dollar cheque which he manifested through the power of visualisation and the Law of Attraction.
You don’t have to be a movie star to visualise the best life!
Close your eyes and vividly imagine the details of your vision – the sights, sounds, and emotions associated with your success.
Visualisation focuses the mind on the positive and can bring it into your reality.
Setting Clear Intentions
Clearly define your goals and intentions and ensure they are SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timely).
Stop desiring more sales, customers, productivity, or creativity, and start specifying the exact outcome you want to achieve. For example, ‘I will attract two new customers by the end of this month.’
Write your intentions down and review them often as this helps you remain focused and also
tells the Universe that you are committed to achieving your goals.
What are your top three goals for the rest of this year?
1.
2.
3.
Commit to making them happen.
Affirmations
Love them or loathe them, affirmations can help reinforce your beliefs and aspirations.
Create a list of positive statements (affirmations) that resonate with you such as:
“I am a successful businesswoman”
“I attract loyal and satisfied customers”
“I am productive and efficient”
“I am open to opportunities”
Repeat them aloud daily, especially during any challenging times or when you feel self-doubt or limiting beliefs creeping in.
Affirmations rewire your subconscious mind and help instil confidence and an empowering narrative that supports your success.
Take Inspired Action
The Law of Attraction doesn’t operate on wishful thinking. Instead, it’s crucial that you take inspired action to manifest your goals and success.
Recognise and seize opportunities as they arise and this action will bring more of the same into your orbit. If you are a member of Socially Shared you could put yourself forward to run a mini-workshop session at one of our networking groups across the region. This simple inspired action may provide multiple opportunities.
Stay open-minded and remain proactive. Be willing to step out of your comfort zone. Our Socially Shared meetings are relaxed, informal, and friendly so there is no need to feel uncomfortable or nervous.
Break your big goals into actionable steps and work consistently towards achieving them.
By aligning your actions with your intentions, you reinforce that powerful message to the Universe that you are committed.

The Law of Attraction offers you a powerful strategy as a woman in business. You can enhance sales, boost productivity, grow your business, and so much more.
